Institute for Paranormal and Esoteric Research

The Institute for Paranormal and Esoteric Research, or IPAER (pronounced eye-par) is a private institution founded in 2009 and dedicated to the research and study of paranormal and esoteric research.  IPAER membership if by invitation only.  Interested parties may use the Contact Us form to inquire about membership.  IPAER members receive exclusive and elevated access to our partner site, Altered Dimensions, where they may utilize specially prepared private forums and the secure incident reporting system.

IPAER members are dedicated to the development and implementation of organized and structured paranormal research methodologies.  The IPAER field investigation guide is currently under active development.  In addition, the IPAER organization is currently building out their satellite investigation branches in order to provide timely incident response.

Altered Dimensions is the public facing website for IPAER.  Often IPAER research results are published on the Altered Dimensions website as publicly available articles and news.  In addition, IPAER and Altered Dimensions share forums (IPAER forums are secured or IPAER members only), incident response systems, and other research facilities.  You can think of IPAER as the "research arm" and Altered Dimensions as the public reporting sytem.
