IPAER, the Institute for Paranormal and Esoteric Research, is a membership based organization developed to coordinate paranormal and esoteric research projects. IPAER members work together to gather, organize, and publish popular paranormal and esoteric research projects.
IPAER membership is by invitation only. Members sought for nomination include experts in specific paranormal fields, members in specific geographic locations that can assist with information gathering, and other persons interested and willing to assist with research projects.
